FREE THREE YEAR WARRANTY on all watches. Our warranty is the same as the manufacturer's, except for three years instead of one or two years. Accutron, Wittnauer and Ebel watches come with a 5 year warranty.

30 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY- Any watch that has not been worn, scratched, damaged or sized may be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days. In order to keep our costs down and our prices as low as possible, we do not give refunds or charge card credits. Watches for exchange must be returned in original, new condition along with the gift box, warranty, tags, and a copy of the sales invoice. Customer must pay all shipping charges on exchanges.

CANCELLED ORDERS- Domestic customers that place an order online and then cancel the order or refuse delivery will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee to cover the cost of order processing. International customers that place an order online and then cancel the order or refuse delivery will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee to cover the cost of order processing. There are no exceptions!
